The hotel has a great family atmosphere. Its central location is very convenient for visiting Warwick Castle.- It is situated near fantastic bars and restaurants, as well as a business park on the outskirts of Leamington Spa and Warwick.

The hotel has a great central location close to a retail park with popular dining options like McDonald's and Frankie & Benny's nearby. The staff at the hotel were really helpful and caring. The rooms were recently renovated, a decent size, and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. No complaints here!

Got a standard room with an upgraded bathroom as well as a view of Warwick Castle in the distance as expected.- The location was pleasant and magnificent, very close to Victoria Park.- Conveniently located 2 km from Newbold Comyn Park.- A much more helpful restaurant was nearby.

We found everything amazing. The location was particularly good for our stay, within a 20-minute walk of Queen Victoria Statue. It was in a very bright area.

The room was functional and airy with a lovely view of Warwick Castle. The beds were comfy, which was perfect after a long day in Leamington Spa. The check-in was fine, and the location was marvelous and unbeatable, very close to the local shopping area, a business park just 1 mile outside of Leamington Spa center, and the river.

The hotel is extremely comfy with good standard facilities and very helpful employees. Its location is magnificent and convenient, just minutes from the train station. It's also within walking distance to a shopping mall and a local supermarket across the street, which made for a great way to end our weekend.

The rooms are comfortable, modern, nicely furnished with king-sized beds, and the breakfast served was varied and priced at £14.
